KEYTON obtains ISO quality certification

Keyton, which specialises in manufacturing massage chairs, has recently obtained the ISO 9001:2000 certification. The certificate was awarded by BVQI, Spain’s leading independent certification body, which is accredited by the British accreditation service UKAS and by the Spanish accreditation service ENAC. The certificate was awarded for the design, manufacturing and marketing of massage chairs and tables, easy chairs, and accessories. The ISO 9001:2000 standard aims to strengthen quality management systems and encompasses the analysis of customer orientation, leadership, focus on processes that foster continuous improvement, decision making and supplier relationships.
